Ambassador Arreaga spoke with Wendy Miranda

Since his arrival in Guatemala in October 2017, Ambassador Luis Arreaga decided to take time out of his diplomatic agenda to meet distinguished Guatemalans, who are making positive changes in their communities and throughout the country.

To commemorate Women’s History Month in the U.S., Ambassador Arreaga spoke with Wendy Miranda, an electronics engineer with a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of San Carlos, a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Valparaiso in Chile and a Postgraduate in Technology Management with a concentration in Aerospace Communication from the University of Boston.

Wendy is an expert in the field of telecommunications and founder of Grupoutec, a company that provides telecommunications services and technological advice. He studied Management Technology with a concentration in Aerospace Communication at MIT. This included a program to train world leaders in social issues. He also received an acknowledgment signed by President Barack Obama for his participation in the program and implemented an inclusive program for the learning of aerospace applications through an educational program developed by MIT and NASA.
